The parties have settled the dispute amicably in terms of the settlement dated 03.09.2021.

Both the learned counsels state that the petition may be disposed of in terms of the settlement, which is placed on record.

The respondent 1 - wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One Lac Fifteen Thousand) deposited by the petitioner - husband in this Court, along with the accumulated interest.
