Present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the award dated 27.02.2019 passed in Land Acquisition Case No. 673/2012 by the 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola.

Learned Advocate Mr. Mohrir for the appellant submitted that the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest is already deposited.
