These applications are taken out for condonation of delay, for setting aside abatement and bringing them on record in the capacity of legal representative of the petitioner. It is submitted that in pandemic period, the petitioner died and due to said pandemic situation, legal heirs were unable to move this Court for substituting them as legal heirs. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondents have no objection to bring legal representatives of the petitioner on record.

In view of that all civil applications are

Delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Legal representatives of the petitioner be brought on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
