This application is seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount on the ground that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are the parents of the deceased Ashish s/o Vitthal Bhagat and they are old aged persons. They required the amount of compensation for their day to day livelihood, as they have no source of income. 2.

The said application is strongly opposed by the learned Advocate for the appellant on the ground that appellant had challenged the quantum of the compensation.

Perused the application and the objection raised. Considering the objection raised, it will be appropriate at this stage to permit the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation

(2) 26.caf.1328.2023 along with accrued interest on due identification and verification on usual undertaking.

Civil Application is disposed of.
