CORAM

:

V.M. DESHPANDE, J.

DATE :

16th September, 2015.

On 31st August, 2015 also, nobody appeared for the applicant. On that date, two weeks' time was granted to the learned counsel for applicant to remove the office objections. In spite of that, the office objections are not removed.

Today, in the morning session, when the matter was called, nobody represented the applicant. Counsel for the applicant was also absent. There was no request for adjournment. Therefore, the matter was kept in the second half.

In the second half also, when the matter is called, the counsel for the applicant is absent. It shows that the applicant and his counsel are not interested in

prosecuting the present proceedings.

Hence dismissed for want of prosecution.
