The petitioner had sought parole to enable him to participate in marriage of his daughter scheduled on 15/5/2015. This Court on 12/5/2015 ordered his release on parole between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on 15/5/2015 with direction to Police to escort him for the said purpose at his cost.
