20/06/ The present application is filed by the applicants for condonation of delay of 164 days in filing application for restoration of appeal. It appears that Registrar (Judicial) has passed an order on 17/12/2019 granting 14 days time to remove office objections. It also appears that vide order dated 06/02/2020, the registration was refused by the Registrar (Judicial). Against this order, present application bearing Civil Application St.No.8249/2022 is filed for restoration.

For the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of appeal is hereby condoned.

So far as Civil Application No.8249/2022 is concerned, the order passed by Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration is hereby set aside.

Registrar (Judicial) is directed to restore the appeal.

Appellants to remove office objections within two weeks.

Both the applications are disposed of.
