09th August, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that decree passed by the appellate Court be stayed during pendency of the appeal. By said decree, it has been held that the plaintiffs are entitled for partition and separate possession.

The appeal has been admitted after framing a substantial question of law. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents. The decree passed by the trial Court is stayed to the extent it directs delivery of separate possession of the suit property. Other steps for determining the shares may go on.
