It is applicant's contention that though the applicant was for setting aside FIR along with charge-sheet on account of compromise, however, inadvertently the word 'charge-sheet' has not been mentioned in the operative order.

Perused the record and particularly, the compromise pursis.

It was intended to quash the entire criminal prosecution, however, it appears that the word 'charge-sheet' has not been typed due to oversight. In view of that, the word "along with charge-sheet bearing RCC No.179/2016 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalmeshwar, District - Nagpur", be inserted in para No.2 of the order after the word Indian Penal Code and clause (ii) of the operative order.

So also, in title clause the name of husband of applicant be corrected as 'Arjun' in place of Arun.

The application stands disposed.
