This is an application for speaking to minutes. 2.

It is contended that while dictating the order dated 26.03.2025 inadvertently the direction to the learned trial Court that hearing at pre-cognizance stage be concluded as early as possible, preferably within two months, remained to be incorporated in the order.

Hence, following portion be added as para 5 in the order dated 26.03.2025 :

"5. The trial Court to see that hearing at pre-cognizance stage shall be concluded as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of this order to the learned trial Judge provided that the petitioners shall not seek any adjournment."

An authenticated copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the petitioners.

The application stands disposed of.
