Heard.

This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 138 days in preferring the revision. Although, Shri R.N. Sen, the learned counsel for the non-applicant is seriously opposing the prayer for condonation, I am inclined to allow the application in view of the reasons stated therein. The applicant has stated on oath that she is living at the mercy of her aged father and has no source of income. She could not get a lawyer and after becoming aware that she could seek legal aid, she approached the Legal Aid Sub Committee which appointed the learned advocate Smt. A.A. Ghonge to represent her. The application is allowed.

Criminal Revision be registered.
