It is submitted that there is a typographical error while mentioning the name of the respondent No. 1-D. His name is 'Horilal' whereas the name typed as 'Korilal'. 2.

The application is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to correct the name of respondent No. 1-D.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a week.

After amendment is carried out, issue fresh notice to the respondent No. 1-D, returnable within three weeks.
