Heard.

Perused the F.I.R. and reply of the prosecution. The contraband liquor has been seized in this case. The applicants are in jail since 03/03/2018. Considering the fact that nothing more now has remained to be investigated so far as the custodial interrogation of this applicant is concerned, I am of the view that this application can be allowed.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of their furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

i.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 05:00 p.m. and 06:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.

ba.423.18 2/2 ii. They shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

iii. They shall maintain peace and good behaviour and shall not indulge in any criminal activities, failing which, the liberty so granted to them by this order shall liable to be cancelled at the instance of the prosecution.

The application is disposed of.
