DATE : AUGUST 16, 2017 By this application it is prayed that the decree for partition passed by the trial Court be stayed during pendency of the appeal. By the said decree, the shares of the parties have been determined and partition of the suit house has been ordered.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants.

Considering the nature of decree passed, it is directed that the process of determining respective shares shall go on however, possession of the parties shall not be disturbed during pendency of the appeal. Civil application is disposed of.
