DATE : 30/06/2022 Present application is filed by the applicant for correction of typographical error cropped up in the order dated 17/12/2021 passed by this Court. Application is supported by affidavit. Marriage card is placed on record. The correct date of marriage is '07/07/2020'. Whereas, due to typographical error in the transfer petition, itself it appears that the date is reflecting in paragraph No.3 as 07/07/2021. In view of this, applicant is permitted to amend the Misc. Civil Application No. 538/2021. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

After amendment is carried out, necessary corrections in the order dated 17/12/2021 be corrected by substituting date of marriage as 07/07/2020 in paragraph No.4.
