DATE : 03/07/2019 Heard learned Counsel Shri Puri for the appellants. He has submitted that the appeal came to be dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 13.06.2017. There is delay of about 559 days for filing this application. He has also submitted that entire case paper were taken by the appellants to engage another Counsel. He could not engaged another Counsel. Hence, there is delay. Learned AGP Ms. Naik for respondent nos. 1 and 2 strongly objected the applications.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. Appeal be restored at the stage, when it was

The appellants to file private paper book within a period of four weeks.
