Present application is for condonation of delay of 30 days, which is caused in filing the appeal.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks. Ms Udeshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Appellant is permitted to serve the respondent Nos.1 and 2 by all modes of service.

Application be placed before the Court after service on respondent Nos.1 and 2.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.1275 OF 2023 5.

By this application, the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 29.11.2022 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim in L.A.C. No.272 of 2011.

Learned Advocate Mr Gosavi holding for Ms Patil submitted that the entire amount of compensation is already TAMBE

45 CAF-1274-2023 deposited before the Reference Court.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for appellant and receipt filed on record, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 29.11.2022 passed in L.A.C. No.272 of 2011 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal.

The civil application is disposed of.
