The mandate issued by this Court on 23.10.2023 in Writ Petition No. 855/2023 (Kishor Shivramji Kuthe and Others Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others) with the connected petition, i.e. Writ Petition No. 495/2023 (Kishor Girmaji Kurwatkar and Others Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others) be extended and applied to all the similarly placed persons, like the petitioners in this petition.
