As such, joint request is made that the petition can be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid pursis.

In view of aforesaid joint submission, we dispose of the petition in terms of joint pursis dated 06/12/2024.

We make it clear that proposal in respect of salary bills if so forwarded by respondent Nos.2 and 3 in relation to the claim of the petitioner for release of salary, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority in accordance with law expeditiously and in any case within period of eight weeks from the date of submission of such proposal.
