The applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 31.10.2022 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim, in L.A.C. No.274 of 2011.

Ms Patil, learned Advocate for appellant - V.I.D.C. submitted that the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest is already deposited.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for appellant, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 31.10.2022 passed in TAMBE
