By this Contempt Petition, the petitioners seek action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the judgment, dated 19.3.2014, in Writ Petition No.6154/2013.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioners that despite the specific directions of this Court, the respondents have not considered the claim of the petitioner for employment within the stipulated time.

Shri A.D. Mohgaonkar, the learned counsel

12.10.cp.139.15 for the respondent nos.1 and 2 states on instructions, that the claim of the petitioner is considered and the petitioner has been selected. It is stated that the petitioner is directed to produce the non-creamy layer certificate and if the petitioner produces the same, the respondents would consider appointing the petitioner.

Shri M.A. Sable, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner has applied for the non-creamy layer certificate and she would tender the same to the respondents, as early as possible.

By accepting the statements made on behalf of the parties, which would be binding on them, we dispose of the Contempt Petition, with no order as to costs.
