The applicants/appellants have moved this application for permitting them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the respondent No.2 in this Court. It is further prayed that the said amount be transferred to the bank account of the power of attorney holder, i.e. applicant No. 1 - Waman Satva Bhusale. 2.

Perused the record. It appears that, in compliance with the order dated 18.12.2024, the respondent No. 2 has deposited the enhanced amount of compensation, along with accrued interest thereon, in this Court. Therefore, the applicants filed this application along with a copy of the power of attorney executed by applicant Nos. 2,3, and 5-A to 5E, G & H in favour of applicant No. 1 Waman Satva Bhusale, wherein it is stated that applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 5-A to 5E, G & H have no objection to disburse/transfer the said amount in the bank account of applicant No. 1 Waman, in response learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 has given no objection for disbursement of the said amount.

Considering the above facts, the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to transfer the amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon deposited by the respondent No. 2, in the bank accounts of the respective applicants/appellants as per the Award, if they have provided their bank account details or in the bank account of applicant No. 1, Waman, on his furnishing his bank account details.

If the amount is transferred into the bank account of applicant No.1, he is directed to submit his affidavit to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) about the distribution of the said amount to the applicant Nos. 2,3, and 5-A to 5-E, G, and H within two weeks after the receipt of the said amount. Civil Application is disposed of.
