It appears that in the name of the LR's of 5(F) was mentioned as Wamanrao Satva 'Musale' instead of Wamanrao Satva 'Bhusale'. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that an inadvertent typographical mistake occurred while typing the same, and the name of the legal representatives of respondent No.5(F) was recorded as Wamanrao Satva 'Musale' instead of Wamanrao Satva 'Bhusale'. Hence, he seeks permission to correct the same. Perused the application and record. I found substance in it. Hence, permission is granted as prayed. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

The applicants have moved this application for permitting them to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent No.3 in this Court through a Power of Attorney holder, namely Maroti Sava Bhusale. He has also produced the original Power of Attorney before the Court, and a copy of the same is annexed with the application.

Perused the same. It seems that applicant Nos. 5A to 5F and 5H have given Power of Attorney in favour of applicant No.1 - Maroti Satva Bhusale. Wherein, contended that the rest of the applicants have given the authority to applicant No.1 - Maroti Satva Bhusale to withdraw the amount on their behalf from the Court in the present proceedings, for which, the learned counsel for respondent No.3 has given no objection for the same.

Having considered the submissions and the record, the application is allowed as prayed. The compensation amount will be transferred to the bank account of the respective applicants or the account of the Power of Attorney holder, i.e., applicant No. 1 - Maroti Savta Bhusale, through NEFT or RTGS, upon

If the amount is transferred into the account of the applicant No. 1, then he is directed to file an affidavit about the distribution of the said amount to all applicants according to the award, within one week after receipt of the amount in his bank account.
