Mr. Ghare, learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the appellant is a senior citizen aged about 77 years suffering from various ailments including heart disease. He submits that therefore the appeal be listed for final hearing as soon as possible. Mr. Ghare, learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the appeal has already been admitted on 08-09-2021 and the record and proceedings have already been filed and served upon respondent nos. 1 to 3. He undertakes to serve respondents no. 4 to 8 by the next date submitting that as such the appeal is ready for hearing.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has no objection.

It is observed from the record that there are certain objections regarding paper book, that are required to be removed. The Advocate for the appellant undertakes to remove the same before the next date.
