The learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that while remanding the matter to the Tahsildar vide judgment and order dated 01/03/2023 it was not made time bound. Accordingly, she prays for direction to the Tahsildar to decide the application of the petitioner within stipulated period.

Considering the period lapsed after filing the application by the petitioner before the Tahsildar and the date of the judgment of this Court, I am of the opinion, that the proceedings needs to be made time bound. 3.

Accordingly, the Tahsildar, Kamptee is directed to decide the application preferred by the petitioners within a period of four months from today. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
