DATED : 08 - 0 6 -201 The accused is in custody since 20-5-2016 in connection with Crime 373/2016 registered at Police Station Deoli for offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The other three co-accused are released on bail. One of them Vilas Salame is released on bail by this Court.

If the respective roles of the accused are seen, perhaps the other accused played a more serious role in the crime. This is of course a prima facie observation. In any event, principle of parity will be undoubtedly attracted. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to allow the application.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Police Station Deoli once a month till conclusion of the trial.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.

The application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly.
