Shri S.R. Deshpande, Advocate for respondent No.2 and Ms. T.H. Khan, A.G.P. for respondent No.1 have raised an objection to the maintainability of the petition on the ground that revision lies against the impugned order under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In view of the above objection, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail statutory remedy. Petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
