The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner was owner of the writ land. The same was acquired in the year 1991-1992. The award was also passed. The petitioner nor his ancestors have received compensation for the same. The petitioner has applied to the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition on or about 03/04/2019. The reply was received and it was informed that the compensation amount has been paid to respondent No.5-Bhudan Yadnya Mandal on 05/01/1994.

We have heard the learned I/c Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3 also. The matter involves disputed questions of fact with regard to the ownership. The compensation amount has already been paid in favour of respondent No.5 on 05/01/1994.

In the light of disputed questions of fact, it is not appropriate to entertain the present writ petition. It was for the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained. No order as to costs.
