DATE : 10/08/2020 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard Shri M.N. Ali, learned Counsel for the applicants. As per his submission, there was quarrel between the accused, deceased and the complainant. Deceased has committed suicide. There was no any abetment on the part of accused/applicants. Learned Counsel Shri Ali for the applicants prayed to confirm the interim bail granted by this Court by orders dated 22.06.2020 and 25.06.2020.

Heard Shri Thembhre, learned APP for the nonapplicants/State. He has strongly objected to confirm interim bail granted by this Court.

Perused the FIR. From the perusal of the FIR, it is clear that there was quarrel between the accused,

LDVC -BA 480, 423.2020.odt deceased and his daughter i.e. the complainant. Whether the quarrel amounts to abetment or not, is to be decided by the trial Court. Hence, interim bail granted by this Court to the applicants on 22.06.2020 and 25.06.2020 is hereby confirmed.

Accordingly, the applications are disposed of. 6.
