DATED : 05-06-2018 The applicant is in custody since 29-12-2017 having been arrested in Crime 17/2018 registered at Wadgaon Road Police Station, Yavatmal for offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prima facie, the limited role attributed to the applicant is the disposal of the dead body, which role would if proved during the trial, attract Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prima facie, there is no material to suggest that the applicant was involved in a conspiracy to kill the deceased.

In view of the nature of the allegations and the material on record, I am inclined to allow the application.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the trial.
7.
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
8.
The applicant to attend the Police Station Wadgaon Road, Yavatmal once after release and thereafter as and when needed by the Investigating Officer.
