DATED : JULY 19, 2021 At the outset, Mr. Mir Rizwan Ali, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition since the petitioner wants to file statutory appeal against the order of externment.

The statement is accepted.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal. It is made clear that case of the petitioner was not heard on its own merit.
