Perused the application. This application is opposed by learned counsel for respondent No.2 contending that during interregnum, at least two persons have already been appointed.

The ground on which the opposition rests pertains to merits of the pleadings. So far as the proposed pleadings are concerned, we are of the view that they are necessary for effective adjudication of the lis involved in this matter.

Application is, therefore, allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before the next date. Application is disposed of.
