Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Mr. M.J. Khan, learned APP submits that the appellant has already undergone the sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court. He submitted that at present, the appellant is undergoing sentence in connection with S.C. No.118/1999 for offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 read with Section 34 of the IPC. He further invited my attention to the letter dated 19.12.2018, written by Superintendent, Central Jail, Amravati which is taken on record and marked as Exh.'X' for identification's sake. In view of the fact that the appellant has already undergone the sentence imposed upon by the trial Court, the present Appeal has come infructuous and disposed of as such.

The professional fees of Advocate Sable appointed for the appellant are quantified at Rs. 5,000/-.
