The issue in relation to similarly situated employees has been dealt with by this Court in its order in Writ Petition No.4012/2011. Same was carried in Appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.24477/2019 wherein the order of this Court is endorsed by dismissing the special leave petition. 2.

Considering the same, the writ petition does not deserve any consideration in light of the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.4012/2011. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
