(Passed on 12.03.2022) The matter is amicably settled, as a result the appellant has withdrawn the appeal unconditionally by filing terms of compromise. 2.

The appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. 3.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw the entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued.
