This is an application for seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the appellant.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent No.1 to 15 is allowed to withdraw Para No.4 is corrected as per Court's order dt.13.09.2024 passed in CAF No.2524/2024.

90% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court.
