2] By way of this Pursis, the appellants seek correction in the order dated 25/08/2021 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 995/2011 to the extent that in the second line of first para, instead of 'Paliwal', 'Rahul Tajne' should be mentioned, as he had appeared on behalf of the legal representatives of the respondent.

3] On due consideration, the application is allowed. Necessary correction/s as above be made in the aforesaid order, and correct order be uploaded on the website.

4] By way of this application, the appellants seek permission to bring the legal representatives of the respondent on record, who is reported to have expired on 31/05/2021.

5] On due consideration, the application is allowed. The appellants are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the respondent on record.

6] Necessary amendment/s be carried out within a period of two weeks.

7] Civil Application stands disposed of.
