This is an application for seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the appellant.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 90% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. Out of

2 22-CAF No.2772.2023.odt this, 70% amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking and 20% of amount on furnishing surety/solvent surety.

The application is disposed of, accordingly.
