2) Leave to amend the petition so as to delete the name of Lawyer from the array of respondents is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

3) Considering the nature of relief claimed in the petition, in our opinion, it will be appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to consider and deal with the representations of the petitioner, which are annexed with the petition, expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order.

4) We permit the petitioner to produce the present order along with copy of petition before the respondent No.1 within a period of one week.
