Heard Shri Londhe, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Joshi, learned A.P.P. through Video Conferencing.

The applicant is said to be arrested on 12/11/2018 in connection with Crime No.519/2018 dated 22/11/2018 registered at Police Station, Civil Line, Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 452, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the application, affidavit-in-reply and the documents annexed herewith.

Present is the second bail application. The earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 20/01/2020 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No. 1190/2019.

Learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any change in circumstances thereafter.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the application on merits and the same deserves to be dismissed and it is accordingly dismissed.

The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
