Learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent-State has placed on record the order dated 03/01/2020 passed by respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No.4177/2019. This order has been passed in terms of the directions issued in Writ Petition No.4177/2019. The perusal of the order placed on record would show that the representation dated 16th July, 2018 has been rejected.
