In anticipation of arrest in Crime No.
383/2021 registered with the Police Station, Paratwada, District Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant is praying for pre-arrest bail. Initially this Court has granted interim protection which is prevailing till date. The applicant has produced diary showing that in pursuance of direction, she attended concerned Police Station and cooperated with the Investigating Agency. There is no complaint of
misuse of liberty.

It is the case of prosecution that at the time of contesting Grampanchayat election, applicant filed forged caste certificate of ' Gawalan'
caste. She got elected from reserved category on the basis of forged caste certificate, hence the report. It is applicant's stand that the certificate was got prepared by her uncle. Moreover, it is submitted that the Collector has already set aside the election as well as forged caste certificate is in possession of S.D.O. who latter on cancelled the same. The applicant - lady is ready to cooperate for investigation. The Affidavit - reply does not make out any specific ground requiring applicant to face custodial interrogation. The applicant can be directed to join the course of investigation by protecting her liberty. In view of that following order:- (I) Applications stands allowed and disposed of.
(II) Ad-interim order dated 19.07.2021 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
(III) The applicant to continue to attend the concerned Police Station as directed earlier till filing of charge-sheet.
