The petitioner was appointed as Team Member in Railway Childline Akola on 01/10/2022 by respondent No.4. It is submitted that in the month of September 2023 the services of the petitioner were abruptly terminated without assigning any reasons by substituting the same by respondent No.4. The petitioner has made a representation dated 28/11/2023 to respondent No.3 in that regard. The said representation is not decided till date and the petitioner is seeking directions to respondent No.3 for deciding the same. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28/11/2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 5.

No costs.
