Evidence is yet to commence. As noted in the order dated 4.2.2010, the purpose of transfer of this case to Mangrulpeer is already over. In view of the above, this application is allowed and Regular Criminal Case No. 252 of 2013 be transferred to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Akola. Disposed of.
