The petitioner is Class 1 officer working as Assistant Commissioner, State Goods and Services Tax approached the respondents vide complaint dated 29-7-2022 alleging serious default by respondent No.5his senior officer. The aforesaid complaint dated 29-7-2022 is informed to him not decided or at least any decision taken has not been communicated to him. As such through this petition the prayer is for issuance of appropriate directions.

The Additional Government Pleader Mr. A.S. Fulezele would seek time as the respondents have neither issued instructions nor requested the office of the Government Pleader to seek time in the matter. The aforesaid approach on the part of the respondent authorities is appears to be callous.

Be that as it may, having regard to the claim put forth by the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct the Commissioner State Tax (GST) to decide the representation of the petitioner having regard to the pleadings made in the present petition which was addressed to the said authority dated 29-7-2022. Let the representation be decided within a period of twelve weeks and the decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of.
