A perusal of the orders dated 31.01.2022 and 20.06.2022 would show that even for issuance of notice amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- was supposed to be deposited. The petitioner admittedly failed to do so and by the order dated 20.06.2022, by way of indulgence this Court had granted further two weeks to the petitioner and it was directed that the petition be listed under the caption for "dismissal" today. 2.

Today also, it is found that the petitioner had not deposited the said amount in this Court. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
