Learned Advocate for the appellants, after arguing the matter for sometime, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal, with liberty to the appellants to file an appropriate suit to challenge the judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 15 of 2003 and also for the purpose of determination of their right in the property being the alleged illegitimate children of deceased Rambhau. The appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the appellants to file an appropriate proceeding, in accordance with law. 4.

Interim relief, granted earlier, to continue for eight weeks.
