Petitioner - Hiraman Shivcharan Gupta has filed his affidavit dated 10.12.2020. It is stated that he is original resident of Bihar and the respondent-Company in which he was employee is permanently closed from 06.11.2020. He submits that after receiving his retirement benefits, he will proceed to his native place Bihar.

(2) Shri Ved Deshpande, learned counsel for the respondent - Company submits that one time settlement was arrived at in between the petitioner and respondentCompany and the amount is already given to him. In paragraph No.4 of the affidavit the petitioner stated that he wishes to withdraw this writ petition.

(3) The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
