This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Delay is of 65 days. On earlier occasion, Notices on this application were issued and duly served on all the non-applicants. Learned counsel Shri Ganesh Aiyar appears for non-applicant No.2 and learned counsel Shri D.G. Takwale appears for non-applicant No.3. Learned counsel for non-applicant No.1 is absent, even he was absent in the morning session also and, therefore, the matter was kept in the afternoon session. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the respective non-applicants have no objection for allowing the present application. There is no reply on behalf of non-applicant No.1 to the application for condonation of delay. 4.
After having gone through the contents of the application, it is clear that the delay has occurred due to procedural exigencies. 5.
In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Delay of 65 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Office to register the first appeal.
