It is made clear that the notice is issued only on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit entire amount of arrears of maintenance granted in favour of the respondent within a period of two weeks from today. It is further made clear that if the entire amount of maintenance is not deposited by the petitioner before this Court, then this matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
